Whether you currently have a threat assessment team in place, and they need training or you want to develop a team and build training for those members, we are your partner! Our Subject Matter Experts (SME) are trained by the Department of Homeland Security in Behavioral Threat Assessment and management. We have helped clients build programs to help understand how to “off-ramp” individuals who are on the pathway to violence. We build these teams to PREVENT criminal activity and workplace violence.
- Policy, procedure and SOP reviews, revamps and implementation in order to stay current in threat levels and risk factors. Outdated policies, procedures and SOP’s can lead to miscommunication, training gaps and litigation in the event of an emergency.
- Tabletop exercises to keep your team relevant with current threat levels in the workplace
- Reporting system design to ensure an effective reporting process in order to allow information to reach the threat assessment team untethered.
